Located in the Petit-Saconnex district, the Passage Morillons project is at the heart of Geneva’s international neighborhood.
The Terra et Casa Foundation is developing a sustainable residential building comprising 26 LUP/LGL apartments and ground-floor retail arcades, in an area undergoing major transformation.

The Morillons Passage will connect the site’s buildings and become a new, vibrant community hub, at the crossroads of the Nations district, Grand-Saconnex, and the Jardin des Nations.
Building A – 872 m² of commercial space (divisible)



Rent: between CHF 250.– and CHF 350.–/m²/year gross
All commercial units will be fitted out according to tenant specifications, representing an additional investment of approximately CHF 1,000.–/m², equivalent to CHF 50.–/m²/year in rent.
Shared parking spaces available.
This call for proposals seeks projects that contribute to the quality of life and conviviality of the neighborhood:
Cafés, breweries, food courts
Responsible retail, organic grocery stores, personal services
Coworking spaces, information centers, family-oriented activities
Priority will be given to proposals that promote social connections, local engagement, and sustainability.
Anyone interested in renting a commercial unit is invited to submit an application including a project summary describing the proposed activity, an indication of the desired surface area, and a motivation letter.

The rentable areas are located on the ground floor and mezzanine of Building A. They offer great flexibility and can be adapted to suit tenants’ needs (fit-out according to tenant – APA).

Interior works are the tenant’s responsibility, subject to approval by the project owner and competent authorities (APA).

The project is progressing well despite the season and the structural work should be completed before Spring.
The commercialization of the arcades will begin in September and end of 2025 for the apartments.
