In 2018, the State of Geneva committed to granting the Terra and Casa Foundation a building right over the plot in question. Widmann Architects in Geneva, winner of the architectural competition held in November 2018 jointly with the Foundation's partner, will carry out the construction of the building. Intended exclusively for rental, the 26 housing units are expected to be delivered in 2026. The project also includes arcades that can be converted at the discretion of the tenants.
