The Terra et Casa Foundation is launching a call for projects for the commercial arcades of Building A within the Morillons 22 development, strategically located at the crossroads of Route des Morillons and Route des Nations.

At the heart of the Nations district, this new mixed-use development will bring together housing, offices, shops, and public spaces, creating a vibrant and sustainable urban hub.

The available retail spaces (totaling 872 m²) can be customized by tenants and are intended for businesses that wish to contribute to the social and economic vitality of the neighborhood. The Foundation particularly encourages projects offering local services, restaurants, responsible shops, and collaborative workspaces.
