Trembley-Parc: Press release

2020-02-10

A project that promotes social diversity

A stone's throw from the highly sought-after sector of international Geneva, the housing development, consisting of three buildings, offers 93 apartments distributed as follows:

37 apartments (multiple, individual ownership - already sold)

25 state-controlled rent housing units (ZDLoc)

31 low rent units (LUP)

Located next to Trembley Park, the residential complex is designed to be an extension of a green zone. The buildings meet the requirements of the Minergie label.

The apartments have oak floors in the lobby, living room and bedrooms. The kitchens have granite worktops. The floors of the common areas are made up of terrazzo (a natural stone and marble element clumped together with cement).

Smart energy management

The construction is characterized by a design that promotes low energy consumption.  Owner-residents can track and adjust their energy consumption with a touch screen. The new buildings benefit from connection to the local remote heating network.
