In this video, Virginie and Christophe Ganz from GM Architectes share their experience of restoring an emblematic villa built by Maurice Braillard in the 1930s. The work began in December 2023 and lasted eight months, carried out with commitment and passion by the craftsmen and architects involved. During the restoration, particular attention was paid to preserving historic features such as materials and colours, while incorporating modern solutions such as distance heating. Although little-known, the villa has great heritage value, and will be open to the public from 2025 with the Urbanology programme.
