The CIGM residential complex comprises 88 units in three sections with the following distribution:
- 4 small studios and 12 larger ones
- 24 one-room apartments
- 24 two room apartments
- 40 three-room apartments
- 4 four-room apartments
The project is in one of the rare development areas within the city of Geneva. It is therefore subject to the general legal provisions on development areas. All rental prices are state-controlled.
