Covering all areas of expertise relating to property, for several generations the Terra et Casa Foundation has been providing housing for sale or rent to employees of Geneva’s international organisations, with the accent on quality and accessibility.
Growth-driven and working to the highest standards, our Foundation develops and maintains a property portfolio of more than 300 housing units.
With the completion of two residential buildings in Geneva’s Petit-Saconnex district, by 2022 our Foundation will be able to offer a further 170 housing units, mainly for rent, in the vicinity of the international organisations.
