Trembley-Parc: Registration to purchase apartments in condominium ownership is now open

Information for prospective buyers: Online registration for the purchase of an apartment in condominium ownership at Trembley-Parc is now open. To submit your registration, simply visit the website launched by the Terra et Casa Foundation and its partners in mid-August, where you can also learn more about this major project developed by the foundation and consult the terms and conditions.

Located at the heart of the Petit-Saconnex neighbourhood, the Trembley-Parc residential project is currently under construction. The building is located in a landscaped area just paces away from the park itself and close to the main international organisations in Geneva's international district.

The project comprises 93 apartments in three sections, one of which will exclusively house apartments to be sold on a condominium basis. This section will comprise 37 three to five-room apartments. Details can be found on the website: Prospective buyers can now register exclusively on this site, for a maximum of three apartments. If you are selected, you will be contacted by the selling agents, who will ask you to submit all supporting documents relating to the information you have provided.

In view of its favourable location, the project is closely linked to Geneva's status as an international centre. It is therefore firmly rooted in the mission of the Terra et Casa Foundation, which is to develop residential properties principally for people employed in this sector. Trembley-Parc is ideally situated for families as it is close to Trembley primary school. The neighbourhood also includes several other educational establishments from nurseries to secondary schools, as well as a wide range of other amenities including shops and transport connections.
